We are pleased to offer this impressive breathtaking Japanese cloisonné vase by Ando Jubei dating back to the 1920’s. It’s decorated in vividly colorful flowers with a bee in flight on a creamy background. The top and bottom of the vase features silver mounts and the underside bears the mark of Ando and there is also an impressed mark on the foot rim. This large vase stands 16” tall and comes with a black 9.5” square base.
Condition Report: This gorgeous piece unfortunately took a fall at some point and caused a few cracks/chips as show in last picture circled in red. The black lacquer base is free from chips but shows scratches. Overall this vase is beautiful condition.
